Warranty Guide – Sprayers (A, M, and B Models)
Milwaukee Sprayer Mfg., Co., takes pride in providing our customers with excellent customer care during the purchasing process and beyond.
This warranty covers all Model As, Ms, and Bs produced and purchased from us.
Even if your sprayer is not covered under warranty, ALL parts and accessories are replaceable and offered by Milwaukee Sprayer Mfg and/or our distributors.
What does the warranty cover?
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects for up to one full year after date of purchase, or serial number must correspond with one year from warranty claim. See figure 1. (Must have been purchased directly through Milwaukee Sprayer Mfg., Co. or be able to provide a receipt of purchase from a distributor of ours – date must be present on receipt).
What is considered a manufacturing defect?
Below are examples of common problems we see when a customer calls in for a warranty repair or sends in a warranty repair.

What to do next if you believe your product is covered under warranty repair?
1. Please give us a call at 1(800)558-7035 with the manufacturing defect you believe you are experiencing
2. One of our 5 office staff members will assess whether the problem is covered under manufacturing defects and can be resolved over the phone, or if the product will need to be sent in to be inspected by our repairs department. (Please note – even if the product is not covered under warranty anymore, we will still provide you with solutions, just at an additional cost)
3. If the product needs to be sent in, it is the customers responsibility to ship back to Milwaukee Sprayer Mfg., Co.’s repairs department. (All repairs must have a return shipping address, contact information, description of product issue/defect, and a RGA number attached or product will be sent back without inspection)

What we do once the sprayer is received by our repairs department?
1. Once the product is received and inspected by our repairs department, we will deem the product as follows:
a. Full manufacturing defect – sprayer will be replaced with new one at no charge due to unfixable defect
b. Partial manufacturing defect – a part on the sprayer needed to be replaced, fixed and sent back at no charge due to defect
c. Partial customer defect – a part on the sprayer was deemed defective due to customer’s usage, will offer to fix and send back at an additional small cost.
d. Full customer defect – Unfixable sprayer due to customer’s usage. Customer will be offered the dispose of the unfixable sprayer with the option to purchase a new one or the option to have us send back the unfixable sprayer to the customer at their own cost.
2. Once the product is inspected and deemed under one of the four categories above by our repairs department, an office staff member will contact the customer with an inspection report and how to proceed forward.
What is not covered under warranty?
Sprayers that are greater than a year old, or don’t have a date of purchase receipt will no longer be covered under warranty. Sprayers that have non-manufacturing related defect will not be covered under warranty. Sprayers that are not purchased and/or made by Milwaukee Sprayer Mfg., Co.
